- Tiene que quedar muy reducido (al principio no parece que se reduzca pero tened paciencia y lo hará)
- En un vaso ponemos un poco de maicena disuelta en agua para espesar la salsa mientras cocinamos y removemos, vamos incorporando muy poco a poco la mezcla anterior hasta conseguir la consistencia como de sirope.
- Añadimos el pollo y lo mezclamos todo bien. Adornamos con un poco de sésamo y ya esta.
