Una vez cocidos apagar del fuego y agregar abundante queso rallado.Mezclar bien para que se funda con el calor residual y se forme una salsa cremosa
  3. Después en un bol poner 3 cucharadas de especias cajún junto con un chorrito de aceite de oliva hasta que se forme una pasta. Salar las pechugas y agregar las pechugas a una sartén con un chorrito de aceite de oliva. Cubrir la parte superior de las pechugas con la pasta cajún y después voltearlas para que se forme una costra crujiente. En la misma sartén tostar un panecillo con lo que ha quedado de la salsa.
