  6. Cuando comience la ebullición, lo pasamos a la olla de barro y lo metemos en el horno a 180 grados durante 15 minutos, hasta que el arroz se haya hecho. Dejamos reposar un poco antes de servirlo y que así el arroz chupe el agua que haya quedado
