- Añadimos las setas variadas (esta vez utilicé congeladas) dejamos cocinar hasta que se eliminé el agua que sueltan las setas.

- Mientras tanto vamos cortando la pechuga a daditos no muy grandes.

- Salpimentamos las pechugas.

- Una vez se ha evaporado todo el caldo de las setas añadimos las pechugas y cocinamos.

- Una vez están las pechugas doraditas añadimos el arroz, y removemos hasta que el grano se vuelva transparente.

- Añadimos la copa de vino y removemos y mezclamos todo bien, ahora vamos añadiendo dos cazos de caldo y no dejamos de remover.

- Vamos añadiendo de dos en dos los cazos de caldo de pollo. Hasta que observemos que ya está hecho el arroz. (Debe de quedar al dente)

- Cuando el arroz ya está al dente añadimos la nuez de mantequilla y removemos, por último echamos 3 cucharadas de queso parmesano re movemos y dejamos reposar 3 min.

- Servimos y listo para comer. Sirve muy bien de plato principal acompañando una ensalada.
