  5. Añadimos el arroz y las alcachofas y rehogamos bien. Le ponemos el agua, si puede ser caliente, el doble y uno más le pongo yo junto con la pastilla de caldo y el colorante(toda no cabe así que durante la cocción le pongo el resto). Dejamos cocer primero a fuego fuerte y luego lo bajamos y cuando pasen 18 minutos estará lista. Reposar unos 3 minutos y a comer.
