- Añadir el pollo salpimentado y dejar cocinar. Agregar el calamar y el pimentón moviendo para que no se queme. Regar con el vino y dejar evaporar
- Echamos el arroz y lo rehogamos. Añadir el colorante, sal y el fumé. Dejar cocinar 10 minutos a fuego suave.
- Pasados los 10 minutos añadir el cazón, las gambas (yo las prefiero peladas), los mejillones y las almejas. Dejar cocinar 5 minutos.
- Apagar el fuego y dejar reposar 5 minutos.
