  4. En un bol añadimos el paquete de cous-cous, 4-5 cucharadas soperas de mantequilla y añadimos un buen chorro de agua de la que estaba hirviendo en el cazo y removemos. Probamos el cous-cous y si esta duro, le vamos echando agua y vas probando hasta que esté blandito, que no llegue a pegarse ni a ser una pasta.
  5. Cuando el cous cous esté listo lo añadimos a la cacerola con el pollo y las verduras y removemos bien. Ahora añadiremos ajo en polvo, cúrcuma y curry al gusto y listo!!
