Echamos las pechugas de pollo (los muslos de pollo sofrío para que dejen sabor pero no los pongo en el arroz) y las sofreímos. En el mismo aceite echamos el arroz, junto con la cebolla, el ajo, las pechugas y el tomate que antes hemos preparado. Lo sofreímos un poco.
  5. Entramos en la fase crítica pues hay que medir bien el caldo y la temperatura del fuego. La porción que utilizo es por cada vaso de arroz tres de caldo. Echamos el caldo y el colorante. Subimos el fuego al máximo (9 en inducción) durante 6-7 min. Transcurrido ese tiempo lo bajamos a fuego medio (6-7 en inducción) unos 5 minutos.
  6. El arroz lleva en el fuego unos 12-14 min y debe quedar poco caldo. Es el momento de bajar el fuego al mínimo (4 en inducción) y lo tapamos durante 3-4 min. Transcurrido ese tiempo apagamos el fuego y lo dejamos reposar unos 4-5 minutos.
  7. Retiramos el papel de aluminio con cuidado de no quemarnos con el vapor. Ponemos en pimiento rojo y servimos. A disfrutar de la comida. Espero os guste.
