- Para el pollo, lo cortamos a taquitos o en tiras finas, salpimentamos, y lo hacemos a la plancha. Para más sabor, le podrías echar especias al gusto. En este caso, yo sólo salpimenté.
- En una fuente para horno, colocamos la verdura y el pollo, echamos la bechamel casera por encima, y finalmente cubrimos todo con queso para gratinar.
- Con el horno precalentado a 210/220ºC, ponemos la opción de sólo calor por arriba, colocamos la fuente en un estante superior, y dejamos hasta ver que se ha dorado.
- Consejos: no hace falta poner pollo, pero como suele ser un plato que, de buenas a primeras, no invita mucho a comérselo (aunque luego le gusta a todo el mundo), ponerle pollo siempre motiva más. ¡Tampoco hace falta que sean estos ingredientes!
