¡Es sábado y el cuerpo lo sabe! Y aunque no podamos salir, nosotros vamos a comer en casa de lujo este arrocito al horno con panceta, morcilla, pollo, cerdo y garbanzos. - Precalentamos el horno a 200 C. En una sartén con un poco de aceite, vamos friendo la carne cortada en trozos pequeños, y vamos reservandola.


- FreÃmos también la morcilla cortada en cuatro trozos, con cuidado de no romperla, y la patata a láminas.

- En ese mismo aceite, freÃmos uno de los tomates, que habremos rallado, y enseguida echamos el arroz para dorarlo ligeramente.


- Añadimos la carne y los garbanzos para dorarlo todo junto, con cuidado que no se queme.


- Montamos en la cazuela de barro, en el fondo el arroz, carne y garbanzos, bien mezclado con el caldo caliente con azafrán y pimentón, y encima la morcilla, las láminas de patata y un tomate a rodajas.

- Llevamos a la parte baja del horno por unos 40 minutos, vigilando que no se queme, ni se quede muy caldoso.
