  20. 30 g queso fresco picado
  21. al gusto Pimienta negra en polvo
  22. Relleno Perico:
  23. 2 huevos
  24. 1 tomate
  25. 1/2 cebolla dulce
  26. 1/2 cda mostaza en polvo
  27. 1/2 cdta cúrcuma
  28. al gusto Ajo en polvo
  29. Cilantro fresco o seco picado

  1. Cuece las pechugas de pollo 25 minutos y déjalas atemperar
  2. Corta el plátano en rodajas y dóralas en una sartén. Reserva.

  7. Limpias la sartén y ahora añades el pollo del relleno pabellón. Le pones el pimiento, el tomate triturado y el concentrado y lo mezclas bien. Después lo añades en otro bol con el resto de ingredientes del relleno y mezclas. Reserva.
  8. En un bol mezcla el agua con la harina de maíz. Después amásalo durante dos minutos y déjalo reposar 5 minutos más
