  8. Abanicamos para que enfríe y tapamos con un paño húmedo.
  9. Freímos las tiras de pollo con una gota de Aove y reservamos
  10. Pelamos y cortamos el pepino en tiras finas y el aguacate en tiras también.
  11. Cogemos la esterilla y ponemos la hoja de alga con la parte brillante para abajo.
  12. Mojamos los dedos y extendemos arroz, unos 80-100 g, por el alga excepto un centímetro en la parte de arriba para cerrar.
  13. Ponemos tiras de pollo, un poco de zanahoria rallada y empezamos a enrollar, al final mojamos la parte sin arroz para que se pegue, vamos prensando bien mientras enrollamos.
  14. Ahora hacemos uno vegetal ponemos tiras de pepino y aguacate y enrollamos igual que el anterior
  15. Los rellenos podéis jugar al gusto, yo hice otro de pollo con pepino etc.. y listo.
