- Ahora limpiar el pollo de piel y hueso si lo tiene. Poner en la picadora junto con la salsa del guiso y triturar dejándola con un poco de textura, al gusto. Si queda muy seca añadir un poco de la bechamel y mezclar. Reservar.

- Hervir las placas de canelones siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante.
- Extender las láminas y repartir el relleno con una cuchara, darle forma alargada y enrollar los canelones.

- Colocar los canelones en una bandeja y cubrir con la bechamel, si esta se ha quedado muy seca poner un poco de leche y mezclar.


- Meter al horno a unos 220°C con calor por arriba hasta que se gratinen al gusto.
