- Para hacer la masa, añadiremos en un bol los 200 gr de harina, la levadura, la cucharada de aceite y de orégano. Y por último el chorreón de cerveza. Yo primero lo mezclo con una paletilla, para que se integre mejor y me sea más fácil amasarla, sin que se quede todo pegado en las manos.
- De que este la masa hecha con una forma bien consistente, la metemos en el frigo unos 40 minutos o 1 hora. Pasado esto, la sacamos, la extendemos y metemos en el horno 10 minutos, para que se haga un poquito la masa y luego no se nos quede cruda.
- Sacamos la masa del horno y empezamos a rellenar nuestra pizza. Yo añadí toda la base de tomate frito casero, después añadí la mozzarella en un lado y el queso para fundir en la otra mitad. Y ya pues fui añadiendo el pollo (cortado en pequeños trozos) y los pimientos por un lado(también los corté), y por otro el atún, los chamiñones y las aceitunas negras.

- Ponemos el horno a unos 150 grados, y metemos por 20minutitos, yo siempre la verdad me quedo al cargo del horno para que no se me queme, y ya veo si quiero añadir más calor para tostarla por arriba o dejarla menos hecha, ya como veáis. La verdad estaba bien buena, buen provecho🤗
