  4. En el medio ponemos (extendemos) queso cremoso, tiras de pollo, tortilla, láminas de aguacate.
    Con la ayuda de una esterilla enrollamos a la vez que apretamos.
  5. Pasamos por la cebolla frita.
    Umedecemos con agua el cuchillo y cortamos nuestro el rollo. Salen 8 unidades.
    Colocamos en una tabla y servimos acompañados con salsa de Soja, wasabi y jengibre.
