- 2 Masa de hojaldre
- 1 Pechuga de pollo
- bote Seta shiitake
- Queso (tranchetes, lonchas...)
- 3 Huevos
- Harina
- Leche
- Perejil en polvo
- Sal
- Ajo en polvo
Instructions to make to make Empanada de pollo
- Ponemos 2 huevos a cocer en una olla con agua. Poner a enfriar cuando estén cocidos. Reservamos un huevo para después
- Cortamos el pollo en dados. Le ponemos sal y lo llevamos a una sartén con un poquito de aceite.
- Cuando veamos que el pollo ya está medio hecho le ponemos ajo y perejil en polvo al gusto.
- Por otro lado escurrimos las setas shiitake y reservamos. Si se prefiere se pueden dar un golpe de calor a la sartén para que estén bien hechas.
- Pelar y cortar los huevos y reservar.
- En un cazo hacer una bechamel. Para ello empezamos con un poco de aceite, cuando esté caliente agregamos una cucharada de harina, la disolvemos y dejamos que se dore después añadimos la leche y una pizca de sal. Removemos bien hasta que quede una bechamel perfecta y sin grumos. (en el caso de que aparezcan grumos batir con la batidora)
- Juntar el pollo, con las setas, el huevo cocido y la bechamel.
- En una placa de horno poner la masa de hojaldre estirada, ir colocando lonchas de queso, agregar la mezcla anterior (pollo, huevo cocido, setas y bechamel) cubrir con otra capa de lonchas de queso. Poner otra masa de hojaldre encima. Sellar los bordes haciendo pliegues. Batir un huevo y con una brocha pintar por encima toda la empanada
- Con el horno precalentado a 180° grados. Metemos la placa a media altura hasta que se dore. Unos 10 minutos más o menos de todas formas controlar visualmente hasta que esté dotado. Una vez pasado el tiempo sacar del horno dejar enfriar y a disfrutar :)
